Dawn has always been “owned” by dogs and her Canine CV shows the successes she has attained in the dog show world. Dawn's dogs have won Best of Breed at Crufts. Dawn has judged in the UK and internationally and won her class at the British Dog Grooming Championships 2014.
The Dog House, Worcester was started by Dawn back in 2006. Previously, Dawn worked as a Legal Secretary, Mental Health Development Officer and Area Manager for a National Charity but none of these jobs gave Dawn as much fulfilment as she sought, so she left full time work and started on the road to running her own successful business!
Dawn also co-owns the Carradine kennel of Cairn Terriers. To find out more visit carradinecairns.co.uk.

Eden is 18 years old, one of Jehovah's Witnesses and has lived in Fernhill Heath her entire life.
She has always loved being with animals, but it wasn't until she was halfway doing her AS levels at Worcester Sixth Form that she wanted to become a dog groomer. It was, in fact, spending time with her Shih Tzu, Riley, that inspired her to enter into the industry (Riley is the only pet that Eden owns).
Having passed three of her AS levels, she went on to do Level 2 City And Guilds in Dog Grooming at Sandwell College during the 2016/17 academic year. Eden successfully passed her Level 2 and is now working towards her Level 3.
Eden has worked at the Dog house since June 2016. In the past, Eden wanted to run her own dog grooming business, however she does not want to be self-employed because she doesn't want to be tied down (plus, Dawn is a great boss too).
Eden's long term goal is to work in an area/country that is known as 'where the need is greater'. This means that there is a great interest in learning about the Bible but there may not be as many Jehovah's Witnesses there to preach as thoroughly as is ideal. It is her long-term goal to one day be involved in this. In working towards this, Eden has begun learning Spanish and British Sign Language.
